BCN Solutions Express Names Hollander to Lead VoIP Services Division
Custom communications provider BCN Solutions Express, a subsidiary of Technology Opportunity Group (TOG), has named Craig Hollander vice president of its rapidly growing SIP and hosted VoIP division.
"Craig has many years of experience with VoIP service providers and he has dealt with every type of scenario setting up SIP and hosted products," says Tom McCrosson, chief executive officer of BCN Solutions Express. "VoIP products will play a large role in our next phase of growth and we believe that Craig has the vision and experience to lead our efforts in that area. We also intend to leverage his considerable expertise across other companies and product lines in the TOG family."
Hollander has been in the VoIP industry since 2005 and he has performed due diligence on dozens of VoIP companies, analyzing their products, service levels and customer service.
"Craig has a deep understanding of the VoIP business and a knack for matching the right vendors and products to customer needs," explains Mike McCrosson, vice president of sales and marketing for BCN Solutions Express. "He also makes customer service his highest priority, which is imperative because there's no such thing as a killer app. There is killer service; delivering on promises; not overhyping a customer or agent; making sure the solution is correct for the customer. These are our priorities."
Hollander's immediate goal is to develop and roll out channel-ready SIP and hosted VoIP solutions that are second to none. "BCN Solutions Express is a recognized leader in customer service and support – an area of weakness and failure for many VoIP companies," he says. "Additionally, Tom has the ability and the conviction to invest in what's needed to develop, distribute and support premier SIP and hosted products. We're going to give channel partners and their clients the VoIP products and service they deserve and until now have been sadly lacking in the marketplace."
BCN Solutions Express will unveil its new SIP and hosted VoIP products at the upcoming Channel Partners show in Chicago, Ill.
